The Summer Standard is built for those who want to train with purpose and raise their physical standard heading into the summer months. This program emphasizes a balanced approach to strength and conditioning, helping clients build strength, improve endurance, and develop the discipline needed to perform at a higher level. Through structured training and professional coaching, participants stay consistent, challenge their limits, and continue progressing throughout the season.

Participants can choose between a 4-week or 8-week training block, each structured around two sessions per week to build strength, conditioning, and consistency. The program includes either 8 or 16 one-hour training sessions, depending on the selected option. While the program is designed to be completed within 4 or 8 weeks, a two-week grace period is provided to accommodate occasional scheduling conflicts. Sessions not used within the grace period will expire.
what to expect
Movement Assessment
Analysis of fundamental movement patterns to understand how you move and where support is needed. This allows us to identify strengths and limitations so we can reduce risk of injury and building training around YOU.

1-on-1 Coaching
Assigned to one dedicated coach for two one-hour training sessions per week, focused on building strength, conditioning, and consistency. Participants can choose between a 4-week or 8-week training block, which includes either 8 or 16 total sessions depending on the selected option. While the program is designed to be completed within 4 or 8 weeks, a two-week grace period is provided to accommodate occasional scheduling conflicts. Sessions not used within the grace period will expire.

Personalized Training Structure
Clear and intentional structure tailored to your goals, experience level, and movement needs. You'll gain confidence using equipment, understanding proper technique, and clarity around how/why your training progresses.

Nutrition Guide
A simple and sustainable nutrition guide focused on supporting training performance. This is not a diet or meal plan. This guide focuses on practical fundamentals such as macronutrient intake, hydration, fueling for recovery, sustainable habits.

Conditioning Plan
An optional conditioning plan is provided to support cardiovascular fitness and work capacity on non-training days. These short, guided sessions are designed to improve endurance, build conditioning, and reinforce consistency while complementing your training schedule.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Summer Standard Raffle
Participants will be entered into a raffle to win a $100 credit toward any Jacked & Jilled service, with the winner announced in the first two weeks of May 2026.

Summer Standard T-Shirt
Each participant will receive a limited edition Summer Standard t-shirt as part of the program.​
