Membership Policies

• All memberships are month to month after a 2 month commitment. 

• No enrollment fees, no maintenance fees, no hidden fees.

• Memberships require a credit card on file and a photo id present at time of sign up. 

• Cancellation requests must be made 3 days prior to the start of the billing cycle in writing via e-mail to take effect.

• Family memberships have a 2 person max and cannot be split with 2 different cards. Membership dues must come out of same credit card.

• 6 month and 12 month Paid in Full options are available. Contact us to find out more.
