We use a Third-Party Company (TPC), who works with a variety of print providers and shipping carriers, to fulfill all of our orders. As our products are made-to-order through a TPC, order processing and shipping/delivery times may vary. Orders placed are generally processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Delivery is typically 2-6 business days but shipping times aren't always guaranteed, making shipping delays common. Orders that are made over the weekend or during busier holiday seasons may experience longer wait times. Please note, Jacked and Jilled is not responsible for delays in processing or shipping.

Domestic Shipping

Jacked and Jilled offers ground shipping on products anywhere in the United States, including APO, FPO, & DPO addresses, for a flat rate of $7.99.​ Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking information may take some time to update.

We do not offer any international shipping at this time.

Lost or stolen packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
