To request a return, please click here or contact We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package (if necessary). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return & exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, odor free, unworn or unused, with tags, free of animal hair, and in its original packaging with no signs of wear and tear. You will also need proof of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged or an error on our part. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

When returning items to Jacked and Jilled, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Jacked and Jilled is not responsible for any returned product that is lost or damaged in transit.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We do not refund shipping costs for returned items unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Online returns are only accepted from the original purchaser. Custom or personalized items are exempt from being returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error in the product. Clearance product is considered final-sale merchandise and cannot be returned.
