A Smarter start to the new year
The Momentum Plan is designed for those who want to start training with clarity and confidence. Instead of guessing, rushing, or starting over repeatedly, this program focuses on building momentum through structure, coaching, and consistent habits. By pairing one-on-one training with education and guidance, clients develop the foundation needed for long-term progress.

8 one-hour training sessions completed over approximately 4 weeks. The program is structured around two sessions per week to build MOMENTUM. A 6-week completion window is provided to accommodate scheduling conflicts. Sessions not used within that window will EXPIRE.

Movement Assessment
Analysis of fundamental movement patterns to understand how you move and where support is needed. This allows us to identify strengths and limitations so we can can reduce injuries and building training around YOU.

1-on-1 Coaching
Assigned to one dedicated coach for 8 one-hour training sessions, scheduled twice per week to build consistency. The program is designed to be completed over approximately 4 weeks, with up to 6 weeks allowed to accommodate occasional scheduling conflicts. Sessions not used within the 6 week window will expire.

Personalized Training Structure
Clear and intentional structure tailored to your goals, experience level, and movement needs. You'll gain confidence using equipment, understanding proper technique, and clarity around how/why your training progresses.

Nutrition Guide
A simple and sustainable nutrition guide focused on supporting training performance. This is not a diet or meal plan. This guide focuses on practical fundamentals such as macronutrient intake, hydration, fueling for recovery, sustainable habits.
Mobility Plan
An optional mobility plan is provided to support recovery and movement quality on off days. These short, guided sessions help reduce stiffness, improve mobility, and reinforce healthy movement patterns while complementing your training schedule.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
